A significant amount of Twin Peaks was filmed in North Bend, Washington. The exterior of the Great Northern Hotel is the Salish Lodge, built on top of Snoqualmie Falls.

So, we decided to drive over there and take a look. It was about 45 minutes east of Seattle. It was interesting to see what a small town in the northwest looked like.
