2002.06.30, Pittsburgh, Dixmont Hospital

Joshua Wood called me one Saturday and said that he was going to investigate the Dixmont hospital that night, at 11 pm or so. This place was a mental hospital that was shut down in the early 1980s. We did some reading about it and decided that we were too afraid to go at night. Plus, it would be hard to get good pictures. So, we made the trek the next day.

We had problems finding the place, but eventually stumbled upon it. We were afraid of being seen by police, since technically we were tresspassing, and many had reported being caught while attempting to investigate.

The place is f_cking eerie. Ghosts imply themselves everywhere. We were both too scared to go inside.
